On June 18, 2010, RSI will be celebrating its 2ND Anniversary!

As you can read at the top blue strip, Ning, our webhost is phasing out its free service.
We are considering a number of options, raise funds for subscribing with Ning.com, find a new free hosting, buyild our own website or migrate to facebook.com.

WOSM- the World Organization of Scout Movement, WFIS- the World Federation of Independent Scouts and RSI- Rover Scouts International are different entities. WOSM has its whole Scouting Programs from Cub to Rovers, WFIS have the same programs Cub to Rovering but retained in the traditional Scouting. RSI is the World Brotherhood of the Open Air and Service which is Rovering.…
