We are trying to align each Rover ceremony to the principles. Rovering is a knighthood in principle, hence the dubbing of the sword in the investiture. I find your picture good.

The awards is international, they are applicable to any Rover Scout, Leader and Adviser. It is NOT an Advancement Program like at the NSO level. It is plain Recognition for fulfilling RSI Program.
